During that time, I discovered the impact of the body on mental health and how massage can be a powerful tool for relieving stress and improving overall balance. This led me to train with great enthusiasm—I graduated from three different massage institutes in Argentina and then continued specializing in Spain. I have also given talks on health and massage techniques, sharing my knowledge with those looking to improve their quality of life.
