Relajante: Se realiza en camilla, esta indicado para reducir la tensión y el estrés físico. Utiliza maniobras suaves y lentas.
Descontracturantes: Se realiza en camilla, es un masaje profundo en el que se tratan, en forma especifica, aquellas zonas del cuerpo que presentan contracturas musculares ocasionadas por tensiones cotidianas, mala postura o algún esfuerzo físico inadecuado. Es recomendable mas de una sesión para tratar las contracturas de forma gradual.

During that time, I discovered the impact of the body on mental health and how massage can be a powerful tool for relieving stress and improving overall balance. This led me to train with great enthusiasm—I graduated from three different massage institutes in Argentina and then continued specializing in Spain. I have also given talks on health and massage techniques, sharing my knowledge with those looking to improve their quality of life.
